Version 3 and user group focus change

Various additions to version 2 have been integrated in Flamingo version 3 which is ready and about to be released. At the same time the project will make a significant change.

IdentifyHtmlResult Bug Fix

A problem with the IdentifyHtmlResult component has been fixed and a new version is available for download.

A bug in scrollbar handling in the Flash Player which was used in the IdentifyHtmlResults component caused Flamingo to sometimes crash when doing identify actions.

A workaround has been implemented in the version 2.1 of the IdentifyHtmlResult component which can be found in the Official Core Components under Downloads.

Trac for Flamingo MapComponents launched

A web-based management tool for software projects is now available for Flamingo MapComponents. Its goal is to effective tracking and handling of software issues, enhancements and overall progress. Users can browse the source code, add tickets and view the overall Roadmap. There is also explained how you can download the source code thats in development.

Version 2.0.5 released

This version integrates the different versions of the LayerArcIMS and Map components that have been available for some time into supported core components. The new components are available as updated core components and are part of the full package version 2.0.5. All releases can be found in the Downloads section.
The changes are an ability for automatic maprefreshing and visualisation of selected mapfeatures (highlighting) plus various minor bugfixes and improvements.

Version 2.0.4 released

RSS Feeds available

Stay informed about News and the latest Forum posts by using one or more of the RSS Feeds from the Flamingo website.

Subscribing to the News Feed is possible from any page.

For the Forums, two types of feeds are available. On the Forum index page each Forum has it's own Feed. To subscribe drag the (RSS) part after the Forum name to your RSS Feed Reader.

You can also opt for a single Feed which contains the latest posts in all Forums. To do so, scroll down the Forum index page and use the bottom right RSS icon.

Website migration completed

The website has changed host and is fully operational again.

To prevent losing Forum posts the Forum was closed for the last three days. We are sorry for that but the Forums are accepting new topics and replies again so go ahead!
